A construction worker burned himself saying 'the strike is our rights!'

As of 27th October, the strike of Construction Workers' Trade Uinion Incheon Branch Electricity sector has marked 131th day. Workers' demands are to conclude a collective bargaining saying to treat them as human beings and to respect basic labor law'. They're working 12-13hours a day. Responses from employers, however, are aggressive violence. The reality that make them suffer and hold down their anger... Is there any differnces between the reality in 1970 and in 2007?
